How To Open a Presentation with Password
Protection
Step 1 : Click the File tab, click Open, navigate to a
presentation with password protection, and then click Open.
Step 2 : Click Read Only if you do not wish to modify the presentation,
or type the password in the Password dialog box.
Step 3 : Click Ok
But if you feel like errr my boss will give me low marks for appraisal because the way she look at me like so kiasu u better remove it a.s.a.p haha
To Change or Remove the Password
Protection
Step 1 : Click the File tab, click Open, navigate to a
presentation with password protection, and then click Open.
Step 2 : Type the password in the Password
dialog box, and then click OK.
Step 3 : Click the File tab, click Save As, click Tools, and
then click General Options.
Step 4 : Select the contents in the Password To Modify box or the Password To
Open box.
Step 5 : Choose the option you want.
- If Change password. Type a new password, click OK, and then retype
your password.
- If Delete password. Press Delete.
Step 6 : Click OK.
Step 7: Last but not least, Click Save, and then click Yes to replace existing
presentation.
